This page explains what information fennixar.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Fennixar is an AI company based in Madurai, India, run by its founder, Sai Naveena Sri. For anything about your information, write to admin@fennixar.com.

What we collect

• Contact form. When you send the form we receive your name, your email address and the message you write.
• Email. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you send.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records basic technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser type and time, to keep the site running and secure.

This site does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and it does not set tracking cookies. To let the page open quickly and work offline, your browser stores a copy of the site's own files on your device. That copy holds nothing about you.

How we use it

We use what you send only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep in touch.

Who else handles it

We use trusted service providers to host this website, to deliver contact form messages and to run our email. They process your information only to provide those services to us, and some of them may do so on servers outside India. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to two years afterwards in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email admin@fennixar.com and we will act on it within 30 days.

Client data

This policy covers this website. Data that clients share with us for a project is handled under the agreement for that project, and our systems are designed to run on the client's own machines.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
